    Hi All,

i messed up the RJ45 Jack on my Clevo P955ER. I've seen in the Service Manual that the RJ45 Jack is placed on a seperated PCB Board which is connected to the Mainboard.
From the Service Manual i believe to get the Information that the RJ45 PCB should be Called:

    PCB:6-71-P950Z-D02
    BOM: 6-77-P950Z-D02

The Reseller Brand is Schenker, means its labled Schenker Key 15 but that should not effect the PCB Board or?.

I've already contacted Schenker, but it seems they won't sell me just the PCB, they want to charge some €€€ for their Service Fee and change the PCB by their Own.

Also i've contacted the german Service Contract Partner and awaiting an Answer.
Additionally i wanted to check @ Clevoweb but it seems the Site is currently unavailable.

Is someone here who knows exactly what the mentioned Lan-Board will cost? And may someone has a direct contact to a reseller?

    Many Thanks & Regards,
    Maxcyber

    Hi

If you have a P955ER then it will still be within our 24 month warranty and so we can't sell you components to replce yourself like an RJ45 port as this would void the warranty. We don't charge much for labour when outside warranty, if we do this for you then your warranty will remain in tact and this is likely more valuable than voiding the warranty if you carry the work out yourself :)

Do you have a link to where I could get the service manual for the P955ER?
