    Hi all,
my english is not perfect, so, excuse me.

I bought a GTX280m type III HE on MXMUpgrade site like indicate for a clevo m57ru-u. It's the max for this computer.

my old card was GTX8800m type HE.

I installed it in my computer and when it started, on the screen we see :
    "valid MXM structure not found
POST halted for 30 seconds, P-State limited to P10"

Do you have a solution for me ?

    Thx.

    PS: bios 1.00.12
    EC 1.00.10
    in the bios, i see : Vbios : 62.92.78.00.07

    Hello,

the GTX 280m is NOT officially supported, max is 9800m GT(s).
MXM-upgrade can modify the vBios, sent them a mail and they will send you a modded vBios that unlocks 3D mode, and then you have to install a driver from laptopvideo2go.com.
But the Beeping and the error code for 30 seconds at every start will stay there. :(

You can try to upgrade your BIOS to 1.00.13SaL, no one seems to know what that latest version did, maybe it will help, but I doubt it.

You can try flashing an fx 3700m vbios onto your card, that might stop the 30 second delay.
