So I recently figured out that I had a bad Wireless card, and even worse, that the wires connecting to the card, and going into the lcd, also need to be replaced, because one of the connectors that attatches the wires to the card, came loose in a way, that to fix would have to be gheto rigged.
So I let PCMW know about the issue, and they told me they would send me a new card, new wires, and instructions on how to install them. Since I am in Mexico, this is exactly what I needed to happen. I was a little worried about customs duties, and taxes, but PCMW is taking care of all of that, as well as the international shipping!-![]()

So they are going to make sure that my system works perfectly, even if that means sending me multiple parts in Mexico, before I send anything back, paying for everything, so I won't have to pay a cent, or centavo. They are also going to send the parts using DHL, because I expressed to them my issues with UPS and FEDEX, since they contract through local companies, and don't actually deliver anything themselves here, where as DHL does deliver here.
PCMW has caught a lot of crap here, and left a lot of people to doubt their service, including me. We have so many choices about whom to purchase from, and its not an easy choice to make. I was worried that I had picked the wrong company, mostly due to the fact that they are a smaller company, and don't have much of a presence here. However I am no longer worried about my purchase. I love my XR5/9262, and have gotten nothing short of outstanding, and personal service from Thomas, and the PCMW team.
Well I hope this sheds some light on the kind of company they are, and gives a little peace of mind to others who have purchased from them, as I believe we made a very solid choice.
