    Hi all,

A few days ago Clavo has unveiled his first "tablet" which can be also considered as a touchscreen laptop.

    Products3_20140422163615.jpg 201404141318199426.jpg

It's named the S210TU and you can find info on the Website

    CLEVO - Products

Ans some PDF on the Computex website

CLEVO CO.'s on World's Leading ICT B2B Website - Computex.biz ( IT manufacturer, IT Supplier)

Including the technical sheet : http://www.computex.biz/PhotoPool2/201404/201404141323107403.pdf

it will be available in :

    - 32 or 64G eMMC
    - 4G option
BT keyboard in option ( pretty weird solution , not pluggable in the tablet like you would think )

We ( @ EKIMIA ) Will receive it in June and will sell it without OS at first.

    Great I'll check the vidéo.

i'm really worried about the battery life.it seems that the scenario Clevo use is without Wifi ...

it's a shame as well that we cannot customize the inside Cards & SSD because we cannot dismount the tablet. Clevo would have definitly an advantage is they could have made a tablet that could be easily dismounted and repaired.

What do you think about the keyboard, isn't it really an awkward solution ?

ive got a samsung tab 2 and the touch screen was very sensitive so i bought a bluetooth keyboard and its much easier to use so i guess this one will also be good with a keyboard.

I agree but I meant that you expect more a detache keyboard than some Fold/stand mechanism , abit like the microsoft surface.

I bought the Element from Mysn and it's not the same as CLEVO S210TU. So I don't know who makes the Element.

Just to confirm, as MrDJ mentioned, we launched the Element in March this year and it's not a Clevo model - it's our own. There are quite a few differences, such as the Element has a Quad Core Atom not a Dual Core Celeron and the Element has a direct (and more responsive) keyboard connection rather than a BT keyboard - but there are also some similarities such as the storage options.

I was very much surprised by the Element and it's performance. I use it at work for reading loads of PDF articles. The screen is very nice and clear, but I still have to get use to touch interface and windows 8.1. I tend to use the desktop side of win 8.1 and it's not working very well with touch. I did order the keyboard three weeks ago from Mysn.se but it has not showed up yet.
Performance is fine and so is the battery life. It has a quad core atom and it works fine for the stuff I'm doing. Have not tried gaming on it. It has no fan and is totally quiet. The 32GB ssd is not the fastest around but it works ok.

It has the same rubber finish as my W504. A nice surprise was the the one year subscription of Office 365 included in the price. I now have Office 365 installed on the tablet and on my laptop since the license allow it.

It has a 16:10 1280x800 screen. I just watched Oblivion on it in 720p and it's was as smooth as on my W504. It's even cheaper now than when I bought it.

How much is the price of this and where can I get it?
I am interested on a clean, unbranded with no OS model.

    Thanks
