PCMW BlackHawk XR5 Shipped!

Finally! Got an email totday from Fedex saying it was shipped on Saturday they 12th with an ETA of Jan 14th before 10:06 am. All I can say is WHOOHOO!

Pictures of the carbon fiber will be up by Jan 14th evening. Man that made my day.

Looking forward to reading your posts and benchmarks as well as seeing if it reaches perfect 5.9 rating in vista as it is stated

I'm joining you in that woohoo! Give us pics as soon as you can Just knowing that they are out feels great. Now I can wait for two more months.. Strange.. On the happy scale.. Going from zero to this, is a bigger jump than me eventually getting my own

 

Where did you get this information? Have they promised 5.9? Or do I, with my lacking english skills, missunderstand this

I ordered it with the same config as you and dedot with the only difference of a single 200 gb 7200 rpm HD.
I'l take the camera to work with me tomorrow so if I get time I will shoot some pics for you guys!

Yes, on their website, they stated with certain configs, take mine for example, that it is the first computer to reach a perfect score of 5.9 in all areas of Vista.

I would say that the XR5 would blow it away from the parts being of higher quality and better config specs from what I have read of the alienware. Perfect 5.9 in all vista ratings (with similar/same config as mine)

But time wil tell. (plus can upgrade at whole sale price to the new penryn quad cores)

You ask and you shall receive. This is just the free basic version of 3d mark 06. With default settings. I do not know if it makes a difference but here it is.

 

Nice, I can't wait for the second card to come out now just so I can see the benchmarks compared to my 8700 SLI's. I only got 9150 with my dual >.> the 8800 kicks my butt.
