    Hello all,

This is the first time I'm posting on this forum, and I'm already afraid I might not be posting on the correct section (I hesitated about posting in the "Reseller Feedback Forum" one): if this topic does not belong to this section, then my apologies.

I bought a W110er from PWNPC two years ago and had a wonderful experience with that reseller: I would buy again from them with no hesitation.
The thing is, their website has been showing they are "in holidays for the next two weeks" since June, at the very least. There is no activity on their facebook and I couldn't reach Scott (the manager) by email. I have been trying to get some information, asking on other forums, couldn't get anything.
Does anyone in here knows or has heard anything about PWNPC? I really hope nothing happened and they didn't go out of business :(

    Thanks,
    Xss

So let me get this right. You did business with this company awhile ago and based on that transaction, you're willing to do business with them again even though you can't reach them in any way?

Even if they are still in business, I would not do business with a company I can't contact and it sounds like you've made attempts through multiple venues. I would say its time to look for a new reseller.

    welcome to nbr

youve posted in the right place so no worries.

his last post on here was on the 6th march so not been on the forum for 5 months.
also when you click on laptops on his page its blank and i dont know any company that removes items for sale if they are only on holiday for 2 weeks.

    Thanks for answering.

I wasn't planing on doing business with them at the moment: so far it is probable I will wait until 2015 before purchasing a new laptop, and I might buy it in the US (I am considering Mythlogic based on reviews and some email exchanged with them). It will all depend on where I will be at that moment.

I didn't have a very good experience with a previous European reseller: finding PWNPC had been a blessing at that time. I am certain there are other serious European resellers out there, but as a customer I tend to return where I had a good experience (I hate having the feeling I'm playing Russian roulette when looking for laptops and resellers). And when you have good companies, that you could trust, that used to answer emails very quickly, that were effective, it's always a shame to see them disappear.

Right now I was just hopping someone knew what was going on or heard anything from or about Scott, but I guess we're sadly all in the dark. If I get any news from Scott I will post an update on this topic.
