    "Personal Safe" feature on my Sager

    I tried searching online, but apparently it's not a Vista feature..but Sager puts it in their computers maybe?

    Anyway I'm using Vista Ultimate x64 and I've been using this a lot since I have other people come over and use my laptop.

    However, all of a sudden it won't open. I can't double click it or right click, open either. Any way to fix this or anything? What's the name of this software? And where can I find the address to my file inside?

    never heard of it. im wondering if its some software that you or a friend might have downloaded and its locked up for some reason.

    i found THIS.

    other option is to contact your supplier tech help for advice.

    Personal safe is some part of the Protector Suite SQL. Its an option if you install it from the Suite Disk, as opposed to the standard drivers.

    Yeah, part of PSQL, try looking in the menu options for unlocking it.
