I also contacted xoticpc, and they didn't even contact me BACK!!!!
The ones who did are
RJTECH
and Eurocom.
Both are Great in my book, cuz it is nice to be able to know you can get CARDS from your RETAILER!!!

xotic told me that they would sell me 2 8800's and even install them if and when i am ready
i bought the lappy from them it might make a difference
and upgrades are no problem with them so they have told me.

dexgo, your on a bad road man, it will be your undoing. Bashing on resellers is not the way to go around these forums. Just because they don't have a specific item your looking for isn't a reason to put them down. Just IMO.

I mean man, they have some hard time getting the parts to fully ship complete systems and you want them to ship highly demanded expansion cards.
Eurocom are big enough to spare individual cards, but as for the smaller reseller, no one will stock on expansion cards. I am not sure, but most probably buy them all assembled from sager...
Eurocom will charge big time for individual cards, especially the 88XX or the 7950.

Doesn't seem fair. you sent emails on friday and then posted this on tuesday? at least that is what is shown by these posts.
do you call chinese restaurants and order food that is not on the menu? then if they don't have it, you post negative reviews?
I think you need to relax and go about this another way. This thread is ridiculous in my opinion.
I would have made a thread called...
-Places that sell upgrades - Useful info for those planning ahead or want barebones computers.
Then I could have listed the companies who do and the companies who don't sell parts and possibly even give prices if you find someone who does have the item.
That would probably be beneficial to everybody as well as a stickied thread for the community.
I believe this is why you are on the 'bad road.' Of course, who am I to tell you what to do. -

if you inquired about the 8800M is a Sager, and emailed a Sager reseller/vendor... they should give you an email about the situation as soon as they can.
Patience.

i must agree i am not the best customer to say the least i have talked to xotic for multiple times in a 24 hr. period once for 1 hr.
on the phone crying that i need a new mobo and i havent had the lappy for two weeks yet! they listen to me rant for an hour and explained my choices ( that i didn't want to hear) and told me "send it back if i am unhappy in any way" they gave me an RMA and everything i don't care how big or small they are they have 5 stars in my book. and they have always called me back -
Yep, I agree that bashing resellers from something like that is not good. I don't see the point of this thread really (no real bad customer experience is being shared in my book). If you contact a seller and get immediate feed back is good, if you only get after some days well that does not make it a bad business either IMHO.

Power Notebooks told me they are willing to sell me 2 8800GTX graphics cards when december 9th rolls around, and are willing to give me free shipping to send it to them and get a warrenty covered install.
I don't know man, the only think I am worried about the the wait, I already stocked up on 360 games to get me through the wait.
