    Hello,

I've had this laptop now for a few months and I've been loving it, however I just recently bought Game of Thrones on BluRay and I'm not able to play it on my computer. Are there certain drivers I need or a certain program in order to play a bluray on my bluray drive?? I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to BluRay so please excuse the question

    Thank you

Did you purchase the bluray upgrade for it?

You need to have two things:

    1) A Blu-Ray drive (obviously)
    2) Blu-Ray compatible software such as PowerDVD or Arcsoft Home Theater

Free players will not play Blu-Ray because it has a licensed codec and is quite expensive.

Yeah it's definitely a bluray drive (mats h i ta uj 141) and I'm trying to play it on PowerDVD. It just says "Internal Error" with no other information. It recognizes it's Game of Thrones, but won't do anything else with it. Are there drivers of some kind I need to have for the drive...? Could it be defective do you think? It plays CD-roms just fine.
