This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    It was a toss-up for me between a Compal IFL90-based system and the Asus G1s. I chose the Asus because of their reputable status in these forums. However, the specs are the same, and my computer runs butter smooth. Obviously, it's not going to be as good as a 7950GTX SLi system, but for both power and portability, you can't go wrong with the Sager/Compal.

    I chose the Sager/compal for power mainly.
