I have a P170EM and when I play music through Spotify, web browsing, etc, the sound outputs through 2 speakers only since the sound is stereo only which is understandable. The speakers work fine for 5.1 sound sources.

Is there a way to upmix or force stereo sounds to upmix to play through all the speakers?

Mine doesn't show that 'Speaker Fill' option as seen in your screenshot. What version of the software are you using? I tried the Realtek 2.67 and the newest 2.70 drivers.
