    Hey guys,

To be honest, Im still getting my head around a laptop that you can upgrade easily, I'm gonna be buying myself one of these bad boys in the next couple of days. I was gonna just get one 9800gtx card and save some cash for now, is it possible to get another and install it in SLI at a later date?

Yes it's easily upgraded later. Last time I was quoted the price, the GTX kit goes for $800 USD.

It is definitely possible to install a second 9800GTX in a single-GPU NP9262 at a later date; however, the only thing you need to make sure you keep tabs on is the continuing availability of second GPU kits, because they won't be on offer for forever.

As the above have stated you can add the 2nd GPU at a later time. When a 2nd video card is purchased, instructions are included to assist you with the upgrade. :)

Haha I'm getting excited about a laptop I can mod, can't believe I've never looked into it. Just out of interest, would you say the 9262 is better for upgrading/futureproof than the OCZ 840 extreme? All bias aside :p

Also, is it possible to buy a barebones 9262 laptop and buying and installing the better hardware myself and if so would it be worth it?

Feel like a kid again, man I wish I had more money!
