So, I've a question about the Sager NP9130, apparently according to some sources I've looked up on the web this doesn't come with an integrated steel series keyboard.

So, my question now is, is it possible to get a steel series keyboard for laptops separately.
And secondly, is it possible to take out the keyboard this model comes with and replace it with a integrated steel series keyboard?

I'm not interested in looking at external keyboard because that's just more to lug around. I like to travel light.

No only into the NP9150 as it comes with the backlit keyboard that CAN be exchanged for the SteelSeries one.

So no, impossible (well not entirely, but yeah you get me)

It is not likely going to fit into the 9130 for a few reasons.

    1) There is no provision for backlighting support.

    2) The SteelSeries keyboard may be slightly different dimensions (larger) than the 9130 stock keyboard.

Okay, so does this mean then that, say with the NP9170 or something (which does have keyboard backlite support) you could change it out for a steel series one?

And lastly, where could I get a steel series keyboard that I could integrate into my laptop?

Yes it will fit in the NP9170/9150, however the Fn keys will be mapped differently. Its also a little bigger so has to be trimmed down a little.
