Wow!!!!
Great work as always Gophn!
All these notebooks look really, really good.
With great competition coming from the OCZ Whitebook Clevo is putting out some awesome new products, even the netbooks look good, but back to the cream of the crop the successor to the D901C, in my humble opinion they will support the new i7 core chips(crossing fingers.xx) and hopefully have a backlite keyboard also. The king is dead...long live the king!

haha. drill a couple of holes in your casing =0
no, i'm kidding. our D90xC is already good enough FOR NOW yeah?? until we see what clevo has to offer ... quite soon actually..
and so now we're still on top of the world! YAY!!
-
I`d like to to believe that the D90xF will feature the Radeon 4870x2 ...
-
i sure hope not. if they cant get drivers for the 3870's now, then that would be another disaster waiting to happen. and they are over in the ocz section about to kill them ocz reps if their driver prediction doesn't come through by the end of the week sunday. (even though they (ocz) have no control over the initial release of the drivers) (new mobile 8.12's from ati)
now if it comes with the new drivers, then by all means...bring in the 4800's, but with a choice... -
When exactly is CeBIT?
-
March 2009, in Hannovre.
-
The new ATI mobility's are really promising, but the lack of driver support from ATI or OCZ is really poor. The OCZ crowd is ready to take up arms over it. Hopefully this will be addressed soon and with more consistency as the 4xxx mobility series begins to roll out.

A D90 Clevo that comes with a HDMI port... That's an MXM-slot notebook with HDMI support!
Hooray! -
-
If it will use desktop Core i7 processors and LED backlit screen, that is the ultimate notebook which I can never afford. -
-
you know me gophn. i blew that picture up real high to examine that port on the side...*LOL*
-
that picture was a D901C pic that I darkened and put text onto... LOL.
-
-
isn't this the 18.4" and not the one clevo is 'secretive' about??
-
ME TOO!
omg that'll be so cool
and not so costly either. -
i think it´s still with 98MGTX SLI......
-
):
about time clevo started opening up the other door for ATi support yeah?? we could do with more red cards -
red cards with no drivers is not my idea of a better way to go....
-
the D90xF pic does not exist to examine yet -
yeahh what i was trying to say.. haha. but i thought johnksss was talking bout the D90xF?
and why doesn't the M980NU come with desktop procs too.. hmm.. -
-
-
This year I ll probably be there...
-
well...that cute small stuff was cool before, but now im all about big. i have to view the screen like a big screen
i sure hope it looks something like the picture posted and they go ahead and revise the keyboard with a lighted one, since it's on a mobile platform now. -
The M980NU is huge!
It truly is a desktop replacement, very nice and love it's shape and looks but I would love to see what the D90XF is going to look like. -
Something tells me that these ones are not going to be that impressive...
-
We will have to wait and see, hopefully it would look like it bigger brother.
-
Man oh man, with the recent announcement of Intel adding the Lucid Hydra chip into their line of X58 mobos, I hope it'll be included in the D0xF. But before that, I hope Clevo's new Intel chipset will be the X58...with Hydra.
It would make a lot of sense too. They won't have to jerry rig something up to support SLI or Crossfire. Just let the little chip do all the work!
Plus linear scaling! And mix and match cards! Would be great for upgraders. -
I hope the D90xF keyboard has a proper numeric keypad (4 columns) like the M980NU appears to have.
-
I dunno about the rest of y'all, but I just hope the thing comes with a built-in beer tap - those long sessions can get thirst-inducing!
-
-
Is the M98 going to be launched in January or after Cebit?
-
Customers will not be able to order and get it until 8-10 months from now.... so if you are willing to wait that long... go for it.
FYI, if you Google "CeBIT" you know that it happens in March every year. -
I knew about the Cebit dates, but wasn't sure about the M98 order dates. Thanks for the clarification--8-10 months from nowYikes!

Cant wait to see clevo notebooks with led screen. Imagine the 15.4 with a matte wxga+ screen or the 17 with matte wuxga led... would be so sweet. glossy led would be sweet too, but matte led is just glory for me.
-
O and make it interchangeable, so you can have a cold soda when working with Linux, but for Windows a beer..for those long irritating nights
*doges away from angry masses of fanboys* -
-
By the way if your going bash something do it correctly. Linux isn't an OS its a kernel that certain OSes use. -
I think for .Windows I might need to supplement the beer line with both a valium drip for when things get really frustrating (e.g., trying to get the access permissions on my mother-in-law's computer reset properly so I can finally get SP3 to install properly), and maybe a Jack Daniels line for when the frustration finally burns out and leaves the ashes of jaded resignation behind.
For general purposes, tho, like quittin' time, I think the beer tap should be standard, with a variety of customizable options for any/all of the above. -
cool beans
-
Man, those clevo touchscreens look awesome. Especially the TN12, not sure sure on the netbook touchscreen, but I guess we will see =D
-
I like model Clevo M81xL... waiting early for launch date...
-
Very very excited about Clevo's attempt at the netvertible..
Do you have any more details on that beauty, Gophn? -
sorry, no need info... hopefully Sager or other North American vendors will carry it. -
So I presume its single touch, not multitouch, right?
And what do you mean by high end? Maybe a Z540 *crosses fingers*
Last Question; Do you think the TN70 will be shipping by April? -
-
Can't wait for Cebit this week!....sorry but I'm a laptop whore, anyways are there any sites that cover it that show all the new products?
