    Hello everyone,

Prema BIOS is working well so far, but during the flash process, it asked me to select cool or silent profiles. I just selected silent because I am not sure what both terms actually mean. What does each profile exactly do and will it affect the performance of the computer?

Also, is it possible to switch from silent to cool profile (and the other way around) in the BIOS? Or do I have to re-flash Prema BIOS again? Thanks.

Cool just means the fan activates at lower temperatures I believe. You would have to re-flash to change the profiles, unfortunately.

I wish laptops gave full fan control like desktops do, but that seems extremely rare if not impossible.
