    Hey,

I wanted to check what would be a good price to sell the following notebook:

    Clevo m570ru (Orange)
    WUXGA
    X7900
    8800m GTX
    4 GB Ram
    200GB 7200 RPM
    Vista Ultimate

It has some very minor cracks, and the audio jacks do not work. But other than that, everything is fine, as it still posts 3dm06 scores of 8-9K.

    Thanks,
    Vedya

after seeing the koblat G150 today im also thinking of upgrading.
how much you think i could get for a nexus/m860tu
    P9500
    4gb ram
    9800GT
    320gb 7200 wd HD
vista 32bit (yeh i know) should of upgraded years ago.

no scratches, scuffs or any damage whatsoever. never had any problems with it except a replacement battery.
    perfect working order.

I'd go with Kevin Jacks price from above. That hardware is 1) obsolete and 2) used, so probably not more than $300-$400 at best.

On second thought, you guys would be better off, if you just sold the machine's internal parts, separately.

    - The 8800M GTX/9800M GT is worth $300 on its own

    - CPus and RAM never really depreciate much.

    - Motherboards can always find a home, because people who have one go bad on them are pretty desperate.\

    - The LCDs are easy to sell also

    That's a much better strategy.

This is true. And if you don't want to do that then most retailers offer a credit for the laptop towards a purchase on your new one.

Thats a great LCD. I would sell it for 100$ (although an Ebay seller failed at selling several of them for a good price I noticed) or use it on another laptop. Definitely better than the stock gx640 LCD for example.
