you know how eventhough having the same spec, alienware aurora series seems to be more expensive compared to sager?
what about sager and clevo in that case?
will clevo be cheaper compared to sager?
(im under the assumption that just like alienware, sager bought their components from clevo and just put it in their chasis) unless im wrong of course~

umm... read the Clevo Guide
I spent many hours working on it to try and answer questions like these -
thanks mate ^_^
will read up on it -
can you buy directly from Clevo? Is it cheaper that way? I got one from Hipe pc but if I can get one cheaper right from the manufacturer, I'd rather go that route when I'm ready for a new one

no end-user can buy directly from Clevo [as well as pretty much every other ODM].
everyone has to go through resellers and OEMs that usually re-brand them... sites like www.RJtech.com give you the notebook as if it were directly from the ODMs [no extra stickers or frills], which also give you a slightly better price.
There are many well-priced Clevo notebooks for sale, read the Clevo Guide. -
