Assuming Sager/Clevo get the BIOS sorted out soon, do we have any idea on what the pricing will be for a Q9450 in the 9262 once it is released ?

At present, XoticPC have the Q6600 as +$45 from the base configuration.
What will be the likely upgrade price from the same base config for a Q9450 ??

Yea around there, just check the prices online...
The Q6600 goes for about 180-200 now and the Q9450 is selling at 330-360.
    My guess is +150-175

I am interested to hear what Sager and their re-sellers are likely to charge for the upgrade to Q9450. Surely they have some idea of the likely pricing given a working BIOS shouldn't be too far away ?

That`s the 130W TDP one. I don`t think the jump from q6600s` 95W TDP will cut it.
But then again, initially quads weren` even supported. I smell mobo replacement :)
