    I'm trying to order a laptop from them and their site seems down. Anyone know anything about this?

    Why not order through XoticPC or PCMircoworks, they both ship internationally.

    Or go through a Canadian vendor... like Eurocom.

    Also, M-Tech is Pro-Star's sister company, you can contact them as well.

    Its all about pricing. Pro star offers a program that covers all fees up front for Canadian customers. Eurocom is almost 2 x the price of the US sellers.
