I would try to disassemble . After assembling everything as it should be I would do a bios reset or upgrade the bios again. I do that in my alienware and it worked. PS: Sorry for my english

I seem to be a bit late but I can tell you the problem is not the VRAM (at least because of those errors on the screenshot), I did the same test with MemtestCL and had the same errors, after digging the net I found some one who fixed that bug with the program in here, but he provided the software as source code, so I had to build it with windows.
I would post the build I made with windows here, but I'm not sure of how the GNU license works and I don't really want to break any copyright stuff...
Either way with this fixed version my GPU memtest didn't report any errors while it did report the same errors as yours with the original version of it...

I relish saying, told you so. Should have gone Nvidia. Not sure what your issue is, but let's just leave it at, Clevo 7970M is garbage and sell it or get your money back and get something that works. -
