I just got my 5760 yesterday and I have been installing everything and getting it set up correctly, but I noticed that after I installed the dislpay drivers that came with it, I started seeing some 'artifacting' sometimes around webpages and programs when the computer is working. I can make it go away by minimizing the program and reopening it but I would like to see if installing new drivers would fix this.

So I tried installing the newest and some of the newer drivers from both www.laptopvideo2.com and nvidia.com but when I try to install both I get an error message before I can start installing which is something along the lines of "There are no drivers found for the device that is on this computer" which there should be seeing that the Nvidia drivers specifically had the m570u as supported on its list. Does anyone know why this happends?
