    Hello!

Been a stalker for a while and now I require your assistance, couldn't find a solution anywhere else:

Bought my Eurocom M5 pro a few months back and suddenly I've noticed my keyboard isn't responsive at all. Every key needs to be held 2-3 for it to register, if I just try typing normally, I get around 10% of my key presses.

I've eliminated the possibility that this is a software issue. Drivers are fine, accessibility setting are fine, responds the same on Bios/safe mode and external keyboards work fine.

My question is, could this mean the connecter is loose or that the keyboard is just defected?
If so, does anyone know what type of keyboard connector does the P650se use?

I would contact your reseller. You should still have your 1 year warranty!

I did, but the thing is, he's located thousands of miles away and it would be more convenient to try and take care of the problem myself.

The cable is attached to the keyboard. It's a ribbon that gets inserted into a connector on the motherboard.

Try reseating the keyboard first. You'll have to disassemble the laptop. I would recommend you film yourself taking it apart if this is your first time taking apart a laptop.

If you still have issues after, Eurocom will probably ship a keyboard to you or you can order one off of eBay.

You can also hook up an external keyboard to make sure that is the problem and not some other software issue.

I've already tried using an external keyboards and it works fine, this is without a doubt a hardware issue.

Thanks for the help! Will update once I'll remove the keyboard.
