I know that the processor on the NP5792 is not upgradable thats why I want to ask if a 2.1 Ghz 2.4Ghz or Penryn 2.5 Ghz Processor would be good enough to run all the latest games and be future proof

Hmmm,
I would look at the price. With me, I had a 2.0, 2.2 or 2.4 GHz choice. Going to 2.2 was 50 bucks but 2.4 was $200 more. I went with the 2.2 GHz. In my opinion, I would go Penryn, but it depends on what you are willing to pay.
For Penryn, I have heard it helps with battery life. -

The processor socket on the 5792 is upgradeable if you wish to change it later. All the processors will run the latest games. The main benefit of the 2.5GHz T9300 is that it has a 6MB L2 where the other two have 3MB.

I've decided on the penryn 2.4 for now, but let me ask you something, is the processor user upgradable.
-
CPU, RAM, HDD, mini-PCI(e) cards (wifi, tv tuners), and even the Videocard are user upgradeable in the Clevo M570RU (Sager 579x).
As long as you are comfortable with computer hardware, or had experience with desktop hardware (like building your own rig)... then you will be fine to upgrade the notebook parts. -

Yes, it is user upgradeable up to the maximum processor provided presently. (T9500)

REALLY awe thats awesome cause I built like 10 desktops with one ranging in like 14000 dollars, yes you read correct but this is only my second notebook, so yeah, I was kinda skeptical on that. I'll stick with the 2.4 for now, cause I am not planning on buying it until the end of Febuary. I'll upgrade to a 2.6 or 2.8 in the future, or I will wait until the release the a 3Ghz C2D.
Edit: If I may add how easy is it to upgrade the processor. -
You'd unscrew the processor's heatsink, and they would be a latch to 'unlock' the processor and drop in a new one. BE SURE TO HAVE SOME SORT OF THERMAL COMPOUND before reapplying the heatsink.
It's usually that simple, but I don't have the pictures to show you.
Like Justin said, the Penryn's are Socket P which the 'Merom' Core 2 Duo's fit into:
