I've been using my laptop as a portable machine more often lately and the fingerprint sensor doesn't work after the laptop goes to sleep. I know this has been a problem since the inception of this laptop since the WBF driver for the ES603 reader was never publicly released for Win 10. I'm currently using the Acer driver to get the reader to work and I've tried both Sager and Schenker drivers but neither will make the reader work with WBF (Windows Hello). What are you guys using to make the reader work without problem?

I hate to keep beating this horse, but are you running a BIOS version older than 1.05.xx? We've seen a handful of driver quirks on Win 10 installs running BIOS versions intended for Win 8(.1) and older (though we haven't had any calls about the fingerprint reader, specifically - at least not yet).

Using Prema bios, Sager doesn't even provide public access to the latest BIOS

You just have to email them to get it but yeah, Prema's BIOS is updated whenever there is a major update.

I used a Lenovo driver to get WBF support but i can't remember for the life of me which one. Pretty sure it worked when the machine was woken up but I don't have it on there at all right now to test

You should be able to ask for it from Sager or your seller where the computer was sold from.
