You really like creating new threads huh? Something I noticed since your threads all generally beat around the same bush. ;)Glad you "seem" to be narrowing your purchase down. I'm sure you know, NBR can give you great info but only you can decide in the end.

As for your question: I'm considering the NP8652 and from what I've gathered, if you require warranty service you don't want to deal with Sager directly because their customer service is bad. That's why, if you can, Sagers are best purchased from a reseller that can be the middle-man and deal with Sager for you. If you don't think you'll require warranty service or can't find resellers of the same Clevo barebone (U.S. or local), cross your fingers and go with Sager directly.

They seem to offer a $1299.00 with a GTX 970m with an Intel® Core™ i7-4720HQ Processor but I wonder about the extra fees (shipping fee, etc.)

As well as having a middle man with Sager, sometimes, resellers might have other promotions, customizations, discounts, or warranties that might not be offered by Sager. So you would get the same machine, but might be able to get some more options through a reseller.

I've talked to one of your customer support, and from what I read is that the shipping fee will be around $200, $300 or even $500, not to mention that I still need to pay for the tax.

it will be similar or even more from Sager... Honestly, you need to do 2 things: Get a quote from Xotic and then get a quote from Eurocom.. See which is cheaper and get that...

Shipping can get expensive shipping internationally. If you do place an order we can then get you an exact shipping cost, and you are in no way obligated to the order.
Do expect to pay taxes etc regardless of who you go through. I would suggest contacting you local customs agency or even local post office to get that information so you know what to expect when it is delivered.
