Has anyone had luck purchasing parts for Clevo machines from Sager or a reseller? I would like to do this, but have had no luck on getting price quotes.

I am in a back and forth inquiry with the sales people on email, just looking around for people who've already done this and their experiences before I commit. Thanks :)

For the most part, all parts can be procured directly from Sager through that email address. If it's not available from them, I'd give your reseller a shot and see if they can provide. Unfortunately there are times that those parts are just simply not readily around and sites like Ebay may be the best solution. Never hurts to do the asking though.

Would Sager be the cheapest? It would be nice to get a price quote on these parts from other sellers to nab the better deal. I'll contact mythlogic to get more quotes, some other seller names would be nice, thanks. :)

Can't get much cheaper than the source ;) depends on the part you're looking for really.

You're probably right about that, I need the heatsink and bottom panel... the LCD will be expensive no matter where I check ($320) ;;. Shipping $18

I was able to get price quotes on parts from two different vendors on same day (mythologic and malibal). If you haven't tried contacting either you might get lucky :)
