Hello guys,
I have a question for these who have shipped and bought laptops from Eurocom before.
1. How long does it take to get a shipping label and tracking number?
2. How prompt are their responses, particularly with the sales department?
3. Have you encountered any show stopping issues with them, as a Clevo reseller?
I'm having some major doubts about them concerning an order I placed on April 9th.

Why did you buy from Eurocom and NOT from HIDevolution (or at least from a Prema partner, if you're not in USA?)
Eurocom is NOT a prema partner! -
Because of the machine I wanted.
The Eurocom Q6: http://www.eurocom.com/ec/specs(449)EurocomQ6
Almost two weeks after placing an order and not even a tracking number has been issued.
I'm disappointed, because they said that this machine is in stock. Doesn't seem to be the case.
Also, thanks for the heads up about them not being a Prema partner. This will be my last order from them from here on. -

Have you tried calling them and asking?
-
I have, with email threads and even facebook messages.
I quote their response:
"This is a new model Q6 that it is still under final R&D testing and preparation of drivers/BIOS for production launch planned in early May. We expect to start shipping this model around May 10."
Yet when I placed the order, it was stated that the model is available and that I'd be getting a shipping label three days later.
This is ****. -
How, and why, this information was not disclosed at the time I made the order is what I cannot understand.
That's a major oversight. -

I don't know what you were told in private communication, but the configuration page does state " Shipping date: May 8, 2018" at the very top. Maybe this was added more recently, or maybe it's an oversight. Anyway, I'm not making an argument or defense - just adding information.

No one is actually shipping units just yet I believe.

I have a Sky X4C from Eurocom and despite some smalls problems like memory not running at the speed it should and weird BIOS behaviors, I'd say that Eurocom has been pretty great in dealing with issues.
I could send 746 messages a days and get an answer everytime, during my purchase I would get email giving me a follow up of the process, when I asked some specifics questions about the tests used/temps of the laptop I received answer.
While it may not look great like that since the laptop is not 100% to my taste, I'd say that Eurocom will do its best to help you. -
Q&A: What's your experience with Eurocom?
