While just checking on Sager's website to see if the 9800M GT where still available, I saw that Sager is not proposing the Quadro FX 3700M.
The Quadro FX 3700M is $265 more expensive than the single Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTX card.
The description of the new card can be found on Nvidia's Quadro FX 3700M page.
As a quick recap, the Quadro FX 3700M comes with 1GB of memory, and 128 CUDA processors. It consumes a maximum of 75W.

I still can't find any data on its clock speeds.

From the website with the benchmarks of almost all those graphics cards... It outperforms the 9800M GTX by about 400points o.o
Nothing about it being able to go SLi though -
the Quadro 3700M will appear for the Clevo notebooks as soon as Nvidia makes them available in the MXM-IV format. (ETA: Oct-Nov 2008)
But like people said, the Quadro will mainly run in single card mode (no SLI).
and it does not perform better than the GTX more than 3% in performance and benchmarks.
Quadro 2700M is already available... and much more bang for the buck.
