Solid machines, I'm pretty happy with mine (see sig for basic details). It runs any game I throw at it. The system also runs at very cool temperaturs for what's packing inside.
If gaming/graphics is your thing then go ahead and try them out. You'll get the most bang for your bucks.
Customer support depends on where you buy it, you can get in touch with some resellers in these forums as well to help you decide.
I hope this comment helps with your purchase decision!

I just found this video:
Sager NP 8130/ 151hm1 Fan Noise - YouTube
Oh my, i'd qualify that as quite a lot of noise. -
just as that was posted last ^
the ONLY 2 things that i can find against clevo / sager is fan noise and weak speakers
Speakers i can easily live with.
but the fan noise is not happening, i game / browse play 1080p vids in the kitchen and i dont want a noisy fan distracting me. Not only that but i use my current laptop in bed for some late night browsing when i cant sleep, when my laptop fan was noisy (full of dust) i couldnt take it myself and was waking up the other half it was about as loud as the clevo, of course the idle sound would be much quieter but sometimes on laptops (especially on linux which i run too) fans can spool up a bit random.
Only the asus rog is close to equal specs and looks (in my opinion) but has a better quieter cooling system.
shame then that the Asus it doesn't provide THE best specs in its current form (7970m), colour options quality of the Sager keyboard and good value.
no such thing as a perfect laptop but you have to chose what you want most ? screen, 3d performance, audio, temps and noise, keyboard and ergonomics etc.. the sager is a hardy workman laptop and perhaps not best suited to living room, bedroom but perhaps more the office / lan party
this one is actually better for hearing the fans..

yes its a benchmark of course there maxing out but you can hear them clearly over the loud music, just ridiculous and some games will run close to that level of performance, perhaps even when your just playing a quite but complex graphically RTS, not that sophisticated, again a sober workman type laptop.
shame, i almost pulled the trigger on one. im sure water cooling will be out for laptops soon as per aseteks demo but for now i wouldn't buy a laptop with high fan noise -
People are so dramatic about fan noise.
-
I've been to enough metal concerts where I guess it has affected my hearing.
I wonder how many people would hate to have my Antec 1200 tower with the Thermaltake Frio CPU cooler.
Noise levels on the NP9150 and NP9170 have been discussed here http://forum.notebookreview.com/sager-clevo/656018-youtube-videos-resellers-p150em-p170em-w110er.html
We even posted the readings from our dB meter and what it can be compared to.
As far as the quality of a Sager, it is one of the best. -
I'm no expert, but would think that a number of simple things would reduce heat buildup in a laptop and hence avoid the fans spinning up as much.
Personally, I went with elevating the laptop above the surface of the table using 4 glass tealight holders (or 3 tealight holders and a taller small jar/ bottle for one corner if the battery is removed). It works well, using items I already had in the house and hardly cost a cent.
This weekend just past, I spent hours on beta Guild Wars 2. The game ran like a dream come true and I wasn't even fussed about the noise. This is considering I listen to pretty much only jazz and bossa nova music and at low volumes...I'm not a 'loud music' kind of person.
Alternatively, invest a little money in a laptop cooler.
Understandably some people's ears are more sensitive than others, but more people worry about fan noise than they should, at least from personal experience with the 9150.
I do agree about the underpowered headphone jack however...definitely needs a pair of active speakers because I could hardly hear anything from passive speakers, even at maxed volume. -
Why is everyone getting wound up over fan noise again. Oh no, the fans blew a tissue off the table! I'd much rather have strong fans that maybe aren't the quietest but cool the system very well.
-
Why? Because we're no longer 16 year-olds playing in our private room and have others to consider, like a (nagging) wife which constantly remarks about high-pitched fan sound coming for my current laptop when I play in the living room, or anywhere else, for that matter.
The quieter the fans, the more peace I can have while playing -
If you want a quiet laptop get a slow one. Simple.
-
Yeah. Any high performing laptop will result in higher noise levels at load. It's just the nature of the beast. It's like complaining that your car engine makes too much noise when you accelerate from 0-60 in 4 seconds flat.
-
Fan noise is a problem for some people, but I don't understand why that issue gets Clevo owners so defensive. I've enjoyed the Clevos I've used, but the fan noise is one of the cons plain and simple. I don't appreciate dishonesty when it comes to talking about it either. Is it loud? "No, it's powerful." So it's loud? "Stop being dramatic, it's powerful."
I like that my W110ER has defied the notion that size and power are mutually exclusive. Someday, I hope to see graceful sound and power coexisting as well. -
People might appear to be defensive because it's an question that always comes up, and seems to attract so much debate.
The simple fact is that a laptop with this much processing power will get hot when under load, and require fans which are fairly loud. This is true of any laptop using the same components. When not under load the fans are noticeable but not intrusive.
If you want a truly quiet machine, don't get a proper gaming laptop. You can't have both. -
Bulkiness, low battery life, and heat are also traits that come with gaming computers, but there's no group of people pouncing on users who ask about those things. You can't have a computer that is both a gaming machine and lightweight or cool, but surely you can ask for it without being called dramatic. Fan noise belongs in the same group of issues.
-
its a fantastic machine but it is noisy. And you can have the best of both worlds as the Asus is quieter for example and still very powerful, yet that has its own flaws like ghosting on the keyboard and non adjustable sub woofer.
you people are more important as owners than any youtube reviewer or magazine. Without a non bias (and that doesn't mean non appreciating) view on your machine how can anyone join the sager/clevo or even just the gaming laptop community? furthermore how can people get together and lobby sager to make a quieter cooling system, better speakers, updated BIOS features etc..
people claim that other people are being over-sensitive to noise? A laptop should be a fairly quiet classy feeling thing, well built with a good key feel not something with cheap construction with switch stack / server rack type typhoon fans. In my experience a loud load is a louder idle too. -
