I purchased a P151EM1 almost two months ago and I have noticed that the temperatures on my 3610qm are higher than many members are posting. I idle around low 40's on most cores and around 50 on core #3. I reapplied IC Diamond today and noticed there was very little difference in my idle temps. I am slightly concerned that my core #3 is about 8degrees Celsius higher than the average idle temp. At 100% cpu usage my cores range from 80degrees Celsius to 88degrees Celsius on core # 3. Should I be concerned about these temperatures?

Yeah, my 3610qm is running a little too hot as well, but i don't have that extra hot single core.

Tinderbox (UK), Intel mobile Ivy Bridge CPUs do not use IHS like their desktopp counter parts.
M.D., I'm getting similar temperatures with my P151EM, low 40s to mid 40s on idle with stock thermal paste. -
Generally Idle temps aren't comparable unless we have the Delta temps. When i'm in a hot season my idle goes to high 40's in the cold season i get mid 30's there is no value unless you measure the delta which mine is usually 5-8 degrees.
