    Hello

I currently have a P650rs-g (also known as Eurocom sky mx5 r2 and Sager np8153-S) with I7-6700hq, gtx1070 with g-sync, and I am looking to change the old 60hz display (LP156WF6-SPB1) into a 120hz one.

I was previously debating between N156HHE-GA1 (120hz, TN, without g-sync), B156HAN04.2 (120hz, ips, g-sync, average contrast and color coverage) and B156HTN05.2 (120hz, TN, g-sync, bad contrast and color coverage), however after digging aroud the internet, I've realized that laptop displays also have a layer of compatibility issues, such as unable to adjust screen brightness, etc.

From what I've gathered so far, it appears that N156HHE-GA1 works with P650 (yet didn't specify any model), B156HAN04.2 has no information, while B156HTN05.2 with 7th gen p650hs-g. So I decide to try my luck here and see if anybody has similar experience and can shed some light.

    Thanks

So long as the eDP pin count (the connector) is the same then it should work. G-Sync may not work as the machine had to have had that panel as an option at the time of ordering to be white listed in the system BIOS.
