Not sure if this should go in the re-seller thread forum or what notebook should I buy - I have specific questions that both representative ( @Donald@HIDevolution) and users may be able to help me with

    1. What does the option Genuine Windows 10 Pro, 64bit, English - no license key provided mean? Does it mean that license is non transferable to another machine? What would happen if say I do a clean install of windows with another ISO? would windows be activated then?

    2. Can we opt for a system with no RAM, SSD, HDD, but windows + drivers USB? i.e. if I install RAM and SSD myself yet opt for the OS re-installation + drivers USB, would it install properly on my drive?

    3. For 2, does HID still test the system (especially if I choose the CLU option) i.e. check if everything works properly?

1- That is for users who have their own product key and don't want to buy a product key from HIDevolution, so you can have a clean OS install minus the product key, when you first turn on your laptop, you will be prompted to enter your product key

2- yes you can, but I highly recommend you don't. I've seen a few cases here of users doing the same, then they install their own RAM, SSDs, then the OS. then start complaining of compatibility or no boot or certain problems....... you may save some money, but at least get the basics from them like the RAM and the OS boot drive so when they test it and ship it to you, you know it was well tested and working with the hardware they provided

3- yes, they would install a dummy HDD/OS and do the testing, you won't get an untested laptop

    Thanks.

Another question: if I choose no RAM and add two sticks, can I achieve dual channel configuration without removing the keyboard?

no, let them do it for you and install the RAM in the correct slots. Unless you know what you're doing. The manual outlines which are the correct ports to install RAM in matching pairs to achieve Dual Channel Speeds
