    Question about Sager NPP6678 & NP7378 from XoticPC.com

    I notice that on Xoticpc.com there an option to upgrade the screen from stock 17.3" FHD 16:9 "Matte Type" Super Clear Ultra Bright LED Anti-Glare Screen (1920x1080) (SKU - SSC002) to 17.3" FHD 16:9 "Matte Type" Super Clear Ultra Bright LED Anti-Glare Screen w/ 72% NTSC Color Gamut (1920x1080) (Will add 4-7 business days to build time) for a price of $149 for Sager NP6678 & NP7378. And i checked sagernotebook.com, there are no option to upgrade the monitor on those laptops. Considering that and the fact that it will add 4-7 business days to build time, i assume XoticPC order the laptop from Sager then they take out the monitor and install the upgraded monitor themselves.

    But i notice they have an option of a "Glare Type" monitor upgrade for the MSI laptop. Is it possible for for to request XoticPC to install/upgrade the Sager laptop monitor to 17.3" FHD 16:9 "Glare Type" Super Clear Ultra Bright LED Glossy Screen w/ 90% NTSC Color Gamut (1920x1080), like the ones that they have available for their MSI laptops?

    I am asking this because i want to buy a laptop with a gloss screen (and if buy from xoticpc my only choice are pretty much the MSI laptops) but i love the cooling system on the Sager laptop. So, is there anyway i can request xoticpc to install/upgrade a glare type monitor on the sager laptops...if so anyone know how do i go about making this request since it is not an option on the customize laptop page. Or is it not possible due to such factor as screen not compatible with Sager's laptop, etc..

    So, does anyone have an experience of making special request on Xoticpc.com that is not an option available on the laptop customize page?

    Once Sager is done with the build they will ship the computer to us to install that screen, they do not offer it themselves. The 4-7 business days is for the shipping time as well as install and final testing/QA

    You do bring up a good question about having the 90% glossy added to the Sager computers. It would make sense that we should offer if since we offer the 72% on MSI and Sager. I am looking into this a little more to see if there is something that limits it.
