I ordered a NP8130 last week, with the total price being $1600. I ordered the 3 years extended parts warranty. Lets say I receive my notebook and I am unhappy with it, would XoticPC refund the entire price of the notebook, as well as the warranty price (asking since it isn't a physical part).

If you return the notebook you would get a FULL REFUND less shipping. (If returned in the 30 Day Return Period). :)

What if I got free shipping on my purchase?

Also, will I have to ship the notebook back to you in my expense?

When a Free Shipping promotion is provided we take the price of shipping off the price of the item and still charge for shipping. Yes if you return a notebook for refund you pay for the shipping charges to ship it back. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Actually I do have another question. So lets say my GTX 560m dies in 2.5 years (I bought the 3 years parts warranty). What would you guys replace it with? Would it be a GPU of the same value? I doubt there will be any 560m's available that far ahead in time.

I suspect they will still be available. :) We are still supplying old 9800M GTX's and other older GPU's that come in for warranty repairs. If at worst case there are none available you would get a upgrade to the new GPU that is available and is supported.

May I ask why you are unhappy with your purchase?
