Getting my machine in an hour! The last time I got a laptop I was told I should keep the battery on the charger until the battery is completely full before I power it up. Should I do that when I get the p150em?

that was probably a NiMH battery. Li-ion batteries don't have any of those issues.

Usually what happens is that batteries arrive with only about 50% charge. When I received my P150EM on Monday, it had almost 100% charge.

You'll be able to plug the battery in right away and begin using it.
