Ok so I ordered an np9150 from the direct site late last week and now it is in the processing stage as of this weekend and it will ship sometime this week but I recently changed my mind and I want to now order from xoticpc.. so this weekend I emailed sager requesting to cancel my order, obviously they're closed during the weekend so my question is does anyone know if they will honor my cancellation request even if it's in the processing stage? Hopefully someone knows!! Thanks in advance!!

Out of interest, why cancel now? Xotic just resells Sagers anyway, you will have to wait longer.

Cuz I wanted the steel series keyboard and for them to professionally calibrate the screen as well since I'm too lazy to do it myself :p

And I don't really care about the wait either, as long as I get what I want I'm fine

Oh right, fair enough. I can't see why they wouldn't cancel, because its easier for them than you sending it back straight away, and its not as if they couldn't sell it to someone else.

There should not be any problems canceling the order. As you mentioned they are closed on the weekend so you should hear from them soon.
Build times are actually the same regardless if you buy it from Sager or us. The only thing that will make it take longer is the time it needs once they're done with it to send it to us to the the additional upgrades.
