    So,is it user upgradable too?Asking because i don't really want to pay 595 bucks for the 485M when it's only slightly better than the HD6970M.(That and the 485M is on back-order at Sager,so i fear that i don't get my laptop in time.)

    Also,i don't really need a notebook cooler for the NP8170,right?

    Yes its user upgradeable this chassis is designed that way. You can upgrade the GPU and CPU in the future.

    Alright,i was just asking because XoticPC dosen't tell that it's user upgradable.

    You can replace the default Nvidia GTX 460m / GTX 560m with a AMD Radeon HD 6970m later on, but you also need to replace the heatsink with the one that fits the new AMD card.

    Using a notebook cooler is not required with a notebook like this, but it wont really hurt to use either.
    I dont use a cooler with my notebook.

    Alright,but i'm getting the HD6970M anyway : p
    I just want it to be upgradable so i can get a better GPU when games ask for it.
