    Hey guys!

So basically I got an old Clevo P150sm-a with i7-4700mq and gtx 870m from a friend, and I'm planning to upgrade it to a entry-tier workstation with either MXM Quadro M1000 or M1200. However, after some googling and research, it appears that the amount of supported MXM video card is rather limited, and some modding in bios and/or driver is required, while some other info claim that P150sm-a will support Maxwell card without any issues.

So, does anyone have any experience with the said upgrade?

    Thanks.

PS: It's an old Hasee (a rebrand from China)
