Hi everyone I am pretty new to Clevo but have been doing research lately and really finding this brand offers the most future proof possibilities for me.

The specs page says it supports up to 24 GB RAM..but

the main page (with all the laptop models) says 32 GB, which one is the right description, 24 or 32 GB?

    descript

This is the store link to that
Sager NP7378 / Clevo W370SS - Ultimate Clevo, Sager, Gaming Laptops, 4th Generation Intel Core i7 - LPC Digital

24GB is the max it can have as there are 3 RAM slots with support up to 8GB each.

Can I join the conga line of resellers? :p

ill add that with 24GB you would have 16gb of ram in dual channel and 8gb of single channel ram (which the system is clever enough to use last)
