Okay from what I can tell, the only difference between the p151hm and p150hm is that the p150hm has a higher watt powersupply. My question is this, is the chassis between the two machine 100% similar, I heard from this forum there is a lot of "play" on the plasticky p151hm, does this hold true for the p150hm as well? I have my heart set on the p150hm but now I am kinda having 2nd thoughts. Mostly because I am reading a lot of inconsistency regarding their build quality.
Thanks for reading.

The internals of the computer is identical but the exterior chassis is different. The P150HM does have a rubberized coating and the P151HM has a plastic chassis. The rubberized coating does give it a higher quality build feel to it.

Thanks that is exactly what I was looking for, I just couldn't put my finger on it. Once Cebit passes, I will be purchasing either a P150HM/EM from Malibal or NP8150/NP8150(?) from Xotic.

Also as others pointed out, the P151HM1 also limits you on potential upgrades. You can only go with the 560m in the P151, but the 6990 is possible in the P150HM.
There are only three main differences between the two models otherwise (some have been pointed out previously):
1) Plastic exterior on the P151, Rubberized on the P150
2) 120w PSU on P151, 180w PSU on P150
3) Stock matte screen on P151, stock glossy on P150
Other than that they're essentially the same "under the hood". They even share the same motherboard.
Question regarding the differences between the p151hm and p150hm.
