Well my P151HM1 has been running great since getting it back from MALIBAL last Thursday. Now that I have everything set up more or less the way I like it, I have some questions about some of the Clevo software/drivers.
1. I have a USB headset I game with. The THX TruStudio software doesn't recognize it. If I switch to the line out or digital line out then the software will activate. Am I out of luck in terms of getting it to work over USB?
2. Is the Realtek HD Audio Manager needed at startup? It seems redundant since I can control most of those settings through the built-in Windows Sound manager.
3. Why did installing the Hotkey drivers also install that Power Life program? Is there any way to remove the Power Life icon completely from the notification area?
4. I noticed I had three stuck pixels. What's a good program that will attempt to unstick them?
5. Finally, I'm not sure if it's software related, but my Apple Bluetooth Keyboard (yeah, I know) tends to go to sleep way too quickly. If I stop typing for seven or eight seconds, the keyboard goes to sleep presumably and I have to hit a key before it registers the next key stroke. This is very annoying. Any thoughts?
Thanks for any and all help. I'll try to make a thread with my general thoughts on the machine and the overall user experience, in the next few days.![]()

1. You might be out of luck on that one considering if it's USB it's using it's own sound device and the THX software works in conjunction with the onboard Realtek audio.
2. You can remove any items you want from startup with either third party software (Autoruns is a good free manager for that) or the built in msconfig.
3. If the icon bothers you refer to 2.
4. Maybe someone else will answer that one, I had no stuck pixels with mine.
5. I chalk that one up to Apple's counter-interoperability, my Magic mouse does the same thing on any Windows running machine, even my Macbook in boot camp. It's a quirk you mostly have to live with.
Hope that's helpful. -
3. Disabling or uninstalling the Hotkey software would disable the on-screen prompts, which I like. I just want to get rid of that Power Life program, which installed itself when I installed the Hotkey software,. But there's no way to uninstall or get rid of the icon separately without disabling the on-screen prompt feature as well.

With the stuck pixels, you can try these methods: 5 Ways To Fix A Stuck Pixel On Your Screen
The software I used isn't available anymore, though I hear Undead Pixel is good.
