    1. On the Powernotebook website, it says that the battery life for the Sager NP2096 is ~3.5 hours. Since this laptop can accommodate CPU's with either 25W or 35 TDP, with which CPU can these results be expected?
    2. If I would order this laptop once it came out, would I be able to receive it in the beginning of September?
    3. What's Sager's standard dead pixel policy (without the additional Zero Dead Pixel warranty)?

    Thanks!

    1. Battery Life run time is very dependent on your hardware configuration, applications, and OS power settings. To maximize your battery life your screen brightness should be turned down as low as you can make it while still being able to read it comfortably, any unnecessary programs running in the background should be exited, your wireless and Bluetooth cards should be off if you are not using them, and your Power Management setting should be set for maximum battery life.

Given maximum battery life settings, you should expect 3.5 to 4 hours with light computing. The difference in the processor would only amount to a few minutes of extended battery life.

    2. Sure...it will be shipping long before that.

    3. If there are more than 5 dead or permanently lit pixels, or even one in the center square of the screen ( # ), Sager will replace the screen under warranty. They almost never ship a laptop with more than 3, and ship 70%+ with no more than 1...most have none. Also, even if you get one and it bothers you, you can return it for refund within 30 days of your original ship date for a full refund of the purchase price alone (shipping costs are not refunded) with no restocking fee. If you decide to exchange it for another one there is no guarantee that you will get the next one with no dead pixels.
