Hi, I'm almost ready to order a Clevo NP 9150 with a GTX 680M and i7 3720QM and then I discovered the MSI GT60. I get a better bang for my buck with the Sager/Clevo, as I can get a bluray reader and processor upgrade, but with the MSI I'm getting an i7 3610qm, GTX 680M and no bluray player. Although I'm still leaning towards the Clevo, I'm worried about cooling in either system. I read that the MSI has a nice feature that allows you to speed up the fan when you need to cool things off, but if either laptop does not have cooling issues with the 680M, that shouldn't matter. Is the NP9150's cooling system efficient? Is the copper upgrade on xoticpc worth it for $79? Thanks guys.

Both brands are great, while the 680M is still new we havent heard of overheating problems. You can also make the fans go full blast on demand by using Fn + 1. You wont have overheating issues with either brand but as with any top end GPU do expect temps in the 80-90C range under full load.
The copper cooling upgrade is nice as it does add more surface area to the heat transfer pipes which allow heat to be moved away from the CPU/GPU better. There are quite a few opinions on the benefit of doing this. In my opinion any thing you can do to help temps, is nice.
