So after not bothering to update my drivers for a long time, I'm finally getting around to doing it, but a brief question so I don't screw something up. I plan on using the guide located here to uninstall - just to make sure, this will uninstall both Catalyst and the actual GPU drivers, correct? Do I need to run AMD's clean uninstall utility as well, or will just that guide be sufficient? As far as installing new software, I found this download on AMD's site, found by heading to the driver/download center and entering the GPU information. Will installing this package both update my Catalyst and actual GPU drivers, or do I need to download something else to update the other? Assistance and clarification is much appreciated - thanks!

IMHO this guide is the best one so far, it takes a bit more time but it has never failed me, i dont recall te site i got it from, so i will copy it here.
As for the HD4000 driver i wouldnt touch it if you dont have issues. In my case my hd4000 driver is 9.17.10.2932 from DEC 2012. If you have anothjer i assume it would work fine. If you do want to update the HD4000 its almost always before deinstalling and reinstalling AMD's
    So here is the guide:

    good luck
