    I just installed windows 7 ultimate super excited to finally have bitlocker, and then it tells me I don't have TPM.... Thought that was strange given how this laptop was marketed as top of the line in its form factor.

    for the life of me I can't figure out how to turn it on. It's nowhere in the bios that I can see!

    Not all motherboard revisions has TPM, but I don't know which one has it.

    the mobo has the capability for tpm, but very few (if any?) had the chip installed as it was in such short supply
