On the left side of the laptop, there is that little wireless symbol and next to it is a dot. When I got my laptop, the button was blue. However, after I reformatted my laptop, the button is red. Even though the internet is working fine, the button is red. What's going on?

The drivers on the 'Drivers and Utilities' disc that shipped with the notebook. You may also download the drivers here: http://64.208.175.44/pages/notebooks/download.cfm?ProductType=2096

The easiest thing to do is just use the disc. It will normally show a list of drivers for your system, and all you really have to do is double click on the ones you want to install.

Ya you need to install your wireless drivers to make it to work.
