What idle temperatures are you guys seeing?
In a 20C room, my cpu seems to idle in the mid-40s, but can go up to mid-50s with me doing nothing still.
My gpu seems to be really high at 57C right now with me running nothing but the web browser. It tops out at 80C on Skyrim playing on Ultra with no AA. It still hovers in the high 50s.

Also, I have 2 devices in device manager which I have no driver for, with the titles: Base System Device for both of them. Any idea what these are?

And where did you guys get the drivers? I did not get a CD for drivers, well I did not get an optical drive... The drivers online on malibal.com that link to Clevo don't seem to work for me. I am currently downloading from driverscollection.com but it's like 100kb/s.

Those temps seem fine. The CPU might be a little high at idle, but if you're running even a browser it will cause higher than expected temps due to hardware acceleration. The load temps you listed for the GPU are normal as well- low 80's or high 70's are very good for that GPU.

For drivers, you can probably try the driver thread for the most current drivers:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/sager-clevo/573379-clevo-driver-thread.html

I believe the Base System Device that's listed there is the chipset/RST drivers.

I went through that thread and pretty much have installed every item there. I still have 2 devices that have no drivers.

    Location:
    PCI Bus 3, device 0, function 3
    PCI Bus 3, device 0, function 1

also, my webcam doesn't seem to work even after I installed drivers. Webcam installer 3.32 that I downloaded from the driver site says I have no camera device.

I think those are both usually associated with your JMicron Host Controller (flash memory reader). Are those drivers installed?
