    SO...after getting my caddy installed....i am thinking of RAIDing those two drives...
    i know that m860etu/tu both BIOS didnt support stripping drives....but,is there any workarounds so that it could be done?

    I believe it would need a RAID controller for that.

    IMO software raid is generally worth less than nothing. It is unreliable and slow, therefore negating any benefit of raid in the first place.
