I've got 4GB of 667 MHz DDR2 RAM in my D901C. In the meantime, I've been noticing some system integrators offering this machine with 4GB of 800 MHz DDR2 RAM. So I did a little research, and found that OCZ is apparently the manufacturer supplying these RAM modules.

Question: is this an upgrade worth considering? Will it make any noticeable difference?

    Thanks.

No its not really worth it for the little to no performance increase.

Also look at the RAM Deals thread for memory info and deals.
