I'm getting tired of digital prints not matching the color gamut of my LCD screen. What are the upgrade options to a full color RGB LED screen?

Unfortunately, I don't think there are any.

LED screens require an led backlighting system to be integrated into the lid back, and there simply isn't a model that has that.

use an external monitor for prints and/or run it through photoshop with a properly calibrated color profile. Otherwise your printer could be a little funky too. For photos I recommend the canon ip4600.

The Dell Studio XPS 16 has a RGB-LED screen option.
Otherwise, if one can't/won't use an external screen, There is the Thinkpad W series with integrated screen calibration.

You might also see what zfactor can come up with; from what I recall, he's pretty handy with lcd issues.
